About Glorious
Glorious was founded in 2014 in Austin, Texas, originally under the name Glorious PC Gaming Race, after its founder noticed gamers repurposing gun-cleaning mats as makeshift mouse pads and set out to design a proper one. The company grew from that single oversized mouse pad into a full lineup of PC gaming hardware: the customizable GMMK series of mechanical keyboards, the Model O line of lightweight gaming mice, Elements and GMP hybrid-surface mouse pads, and a keyboard-accessories line that includes keycaps, switches, and wrist rests.
On the desk-ergonomics side we test, Glorious builds its keyboard wrist rests to match specific keyboard footprints rather than shipping one universal size. In our own testing, that sizing precision is what stands out: a 12-inch compact pad cut to fit 60% and 75% mechanical keyboards without the overhang a full-size rest creates on a smaller board, and a solid-hardwood tenkeyless pad sized to 0.79 inches tall to match the lower front-edge height of TKL boards.

Why we recognized Glorious
The DeskRated Top Brand recognition isn't paid for and can't be applied for. We award it to the brands whose products consistently stand out in our hands-on category reviews. Glorious earned it on the strength of the products below, evaluated the same way every product on this site is: bought, used at a real desk, and judged on merit.
Glorious products we rated highly
Glorious Wrist Rest Compact
One of our top picks for compact and TKL setups, in our testing. Its 12-inch length is cut specifically for 60% and 75% mechanical keyboards, eliminating the overhang that comes from pairing a full-size rest with a smaller board. Stitched edges hold up against the fraying and edge-peeling that affect glued-edge alternatives, and a rubberized base keeps it from migrating across the desk during aggressive typing sessions. It carries a 4.6-star average across more than 1,200 verified Amazon ratings.

Glorious Wooden Wrist Rest TKL
A top pick for buyers who want a wrist rest they won't need to replace on a foam-compression cycle, in our testing. Its solid White Ash hardwood construction does not compress or deform over time the way foam does, and a sweat-resistant sealed coating lets the wood surface wipe clean without the discoloration that affects fabric surfaces. The 0.79-inch profile is calibrated for tenkeyless keyboards, keeping the wrist closer to a neutral angle on boards under an inch tall.

- Purpose-built sizing: the compact pad is cut to 12 inches specifically for 60% and 75% keyboards, and the wood pad is shaped and sized for tenkeyless boards, rather than shipping one universal size across every keyboard footprint.
- Material range from cloth-over-foam to solid hardwood gives buyers a genuine choice between cushioned palm support and a hard surface that never compresses.
- Founded in 2014 in Austin, Texas, building oversized mouse pads and wrist rests specifically for PC gaming desks, a focus that still shows up in the compact and TKL-specific sizing we tested.
- Construction details target the specific failure points of cheaper wrist rests: stitched edges to resist fraying on the compact pad, and a sealed, sweat-resistant coating to resist moisture damage on the wood pad.
- Grew from a single mouse pad into a full lineup of mechanical keyboards, gaming mice, and mouse pads, while continuing to make dedicated wrist-rest accessories sized to fit specific keyboard layouts.
