About AT-A-GLANCE
AT-A-GLANCE traces back to 1934, when it launched as one of the first modern daily planner brands in the United States. After passing through Cullman Ventures' Keith Clark division (which adopted the AT-A-GLANCE name company-wide in 1997) and a $550 million acquisition by Mead Corp. in 1999, the brand joined ACCO Brands in 2012 when ACCO merged with MeadWestvaco's Consumer & Office Products division. Today AT-A-GLANCE is the leading planner and calendar maker in the United States and Canada, backed by ACCO's more than 150 years in the office-products industry.
The current line spans planners and appointment books, wall calendars, desk calendars and pads, journals and diaries, business notebooks, and address and record books, sold alongside sub-brand lines like DayMinder. Two of those products have earned a spot in DeskRated's own testing: the 21.75 by 17 inch Monthly Desk Pad Calendar and the undated 8.5 by 11 inch Teacher Planner, both built on the wire-o binding and ink-resistant paper the brand has relied on across decades of office and classroom use.

Why we recognized AT-A-GLANCE
The DeskRated Top Brand recognition isn't paid for and can't be applied for. We award it to the brands whose products consistently stand out in our hands-on category reviews. AT-A-GLANCE earned it on the strength of the products below, evaluated the same way every product on this site is: bought, used at a real desk, and judged on merit.
AT-A-GLANCE products we rated highly
AT-A-GLANCE 2027 Monthly Desk Pad Calendar, 21.75" x 17"
The largest writing surface of any calendar we tested, with monthly blocks sized to fit three to four line items without cramped abbreviations. The ink bleed resistant paper takes gel pens, markers and highlighters without marks transferring to the desk underneath, and tear-off perforated pages let you archive completed months while corner protectors and wall-hanging eyelets add mounting versatility.

AT-A-Glance Teacher Planner, Undated, 8-1/2 x 11
An undated format that lets teachers pick their own start date, which matters for mid-year hires, block schedules, and non-traditional academic calendars. The open lesson-plan blocks flex to any number of periods or subjects, and the wire-o binding lays completely flat on a desk without needing a hand to hold it open while monitoring a classroom.
